Replacement Policy

At Full Bright, customer satisfaction is paramount. We offer a Replacement Policy under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery for products showing defects or physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Product Not Functioning: If you find a product not functioning correctly within 7 days of delivery, a replacement with a fresh unit is available.
  3. Receipt of Incorrect or Non-Spec Product: If the received product doesn’t match the site description or specifications, notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  4. Procedure: To initiate a replacement, contact our website support team. Please note that replacement is not available for customer dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not reported within 24 hours, or damage caused by the user.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your needs and have a liberal Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Constraints: Orders that have already been communicated to customers and are in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
  2. Special Occasions or Offers: No cancellations are accepted for products obtained during special occasions or special offers.

Product Pricing

We strive for accuracy in pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, if a transaction with the incorrect price has been made, we will refund the entire amount to the customer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. For international card transactions, the applicable exchange rate and charges are determined by the issuing bank or institution.

Out of Stock Situations

Our aim is to maintain stock availability, but in exceptional cases when a product is unavailable, we will promptly process a refund.

Delivery of Products

We aim to deliver products within 7-10 business days of order receipt and payment, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10:30 am and 7 pm.

  1. Signature Requirement: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order.
  2. Incorrect Addresses: We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during the order placement.
  3. Post-Delivery Damage: We are not responsible for product damage after delivery.
  4. Reporting Shortages or Damages: Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Please highlight and sign shortages on the Proof of Delivery copy and return it to the delivery person.
  5. Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as “Delivered” on the tracker but not received, please inform us within 24 hours.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product characteristics. Charges are displayed at checkout, ensuring transparency before payment.
